Anne Adigwe

Anne Adigwe has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. ANNE is currently working as the Global People Director at Dr. Barbara Sturm, where they have been since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of People at the same company, starting in July 2021.

Before joining Dr. Barbara Sturm, Anne worked as the Head of HR at URBN, overseeing the HR functions for Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People, and Nuuly. ANNE held this role from November 2020 to April 2021.

Anne also gained extensive experience at Reiss, where they held multiple positions over a seven-year period. ANNE served as Senior HR Manager for the UK, Europe, and International and Distribution from February 2018 to December 2020, and prior to that, they were the Senior HR Manager for the UK and ROI from April 2013 to February 2018.

Earlier in their career, Anne held the position of Regional HR Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN from February 2011 to April 2013. ANNE also worked as a Corporate HR Business Partner at A.S. Watson Group - Superdrug Plc from September 2008 to February 2011, and as a Regional HR Officer at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, ARCADIA GROUP from May 2006 to August 2008.

Anne Adigwe obtained a BA HONS degree in Business Studies & Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University. ANNE also completed a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at the same university. No specific start or end years were provided for either degree.
