Chance Katzer

Chance Katzer has a diverse work experience in the retail and skincare industry. Chance currently holds the position of Account Executive - Spa/Professional at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare since April 2022. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive for the same company from March 2017 to April 2022. Prior to joining Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Chance worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as an Account Coordinator for Macy's from November 2015 to February 2017. Chance also briefly served as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works in 2015. Chance began their career at Macy's in 2011, where they held various roles including Sales Manager for Mens, Cosmetics, Fine Jewelry, and Center Core. Chance also participated in the Store Management Executive Development Program, where they oversaw a $3.5M business and managed a team of 10 people. Before joining Macy's, Chance worked as a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Intern at Market Research in 2010.

Chance Katzer attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing.
