Deborah Ross is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as SVP Global Marketing and Communications at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Ross previously held the role of SVP Global Marketing, Communications & Digital Strategy at NARS Cosmetics. Ross has also been a key leader at Shiseido, where responsibilities included SVP and VP of Global Marketing & Integrated Communications for Makeup. Prior to that, Ross was Senior Director of Marketing for Makeup North America at Christian Dior Couture and held the position of Global Marketing Director at Strivectin Operating Company.
