Katarzyna Rogowska

Katarzyna Rogowska is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and product management. Currently serving as Senior Brand Manager for Dr Irena Eris Make up since July 2015, Katarzyna specializes in building product portfolios and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, alongside new product development. Prior to this role, Katarzyna held various positions at Jerónimo Martins from July 2012 to June 2015, including Brand Manager and Category Manager, focusing on cosmetics and consumer goods. Earlier in the career, Katarzyna gained valuable insights into organizational processes through multiple roles at IBM Polska and Deutsche Bank. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of North Florida and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw, complemented by a background in photography.
