Om Manchanda

Om Manchanda has over three decades of leadership experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dr Lal PathLabs since October 2005. Prior roles include GM for International and Innovation and GM of Marketing at Ranbaxy, along with significant positions at Monsanto as National Sales and Marketing Manager. Earlier career development took place at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where Om Manchanda held various roles from Management Trainee to Business Manager. Educational credentials include an AMP from Harvard Business School, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, alongside an undergraduate degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University.
