Vinay Gujral

Vinay Gujral has extensive experience in company secretarial and legal roles, currently serving as Head Company Secretary at Dr Lal PathLabs since December 2019, after holding the position of Senior Manager-Secretarial and Legal. Prior to this, Vinay was the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at TCI EXPRESS LIMITED from January 2016 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Company Secretary for multiple firms, including Emmsons International Limited, Poly Medicure Limited, and Optiemus Infracom Limited from July 2010 to December 2015, overseeing all secretarial matters for the companies and their group entities. Educational qualifications include a CS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, and a BCom from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
