Constantina Smernos is currently the Co-Founder of TEILZEIT.JETZT as well as the Geschäftsführerin of Dr. Maier + Partner Personalmarketing GmbH. With a background in HR marketing, personal branding, and PR, Constantina has held various senior roles in companies such as ECD International and EasyRoommate. Constantina holds a Master's degree in Political Science and German Studies from the University of Stuttgart.
