Kristin Jones has extensive experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on product marketing and merchandising. Kristin began their career at adidas in 2006 as a Product Marketing Manager for Women's Training, where they successfully grew the women's bottoms business by 123% year over year. Throughout their time at adidas, they took on various roles such as Director of Men's and Women's Training Product Marketing for North America, Category Director of Running Apparel for North America, and Senior Merchandise Manager for Running Apparel in North America. In these positions, they consistently drove business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with key accounts. Kristin also spent time as the Interim Senior Director of Global Training for both men and women's products, leading a team through organizational change while focusing on building the business and rebuilding the team's culture. Most recently, they joined Dr. Martens plc as the Vice President Americas Product, where they continue to bring their expertise in product development and merchandising to drive success in the market.
Kristin Jones completed their education in two stages. Between 1997 and 2001, they attended George Fox University, where they earned a BA degree in Fashion Merchandising & Design. More recently, from 2019 to 2020, they attended Harvard Business School and pursued studies in Finance, Brand & Digital, and Consumer Insights. Furthermore, in November 2020, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
