Louise Douglass

Louise Douglass has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Louise started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2006, where they served as a Cost, Capital, and Fixed Asset Accountant. Louise then moved on to Turner, where they worked as a Fixed Asset Accountant for a three-month contract. In 2010, Louise returned to Procter & Gamble as a Finance Manager, responsible for financial analysis and budgeting. Louise then joined Christie's as a Programme Accountant, before transitioning to Marks and Spencer as a PMO Finance Manager, Finance Manager for Corporate Services Group, and eventually as a Senior Finance Manager.

Louise later joined River Island as a Commercial Finance Manager for Global Retail, providing financial analysis and support for the store portfolio. Louise then worked at ELEMIS as the Head of Commercial Finance, overseeing business support for multiple sales channels. Currently, Louise is employed at Dr. Martens - Airwair International Ltd as the Head of Finance (EMEA), where they previously held the position of Interim Head of Finance.

Throughout their career, Louise has demonstrated expertise in financial management, business partnering, budgeting, and financial analysis.
