Branislav Chmela

Branislav Chmela is an experienced leader in retail operations and sales, currently serving as Group Chief Retail Operations & HR Officer at Dr.Max Pharmacy Chain since March 2022. Previously, Branislav held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member at Dr.Max Slovensko from December 2019 to March 2022, overseeing over 300 pharmacies and 1,700 personnel. Prior to this, Branislav was Retail and D2D Director at Slovak Telekom, managing the largest sales channel with 100 shops. A substantial tenure at Philips Lighting spanned from April 2008 to August 2018, where Branislav progressed through various roles, including Sales Director CEE for the Consumer channel, leading operations across 17 countries. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Key Account Manager at TNT Post from April 2004 to March 2008.
