Prior to this, they worked at Holland & Barrett from June 2019 to December 2022, where they held positions as a Category Manager - Sports Nutrition and Own Label Buying Manager - Sport and Beauty. Before that, James worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance from October 2016 to June 2019 as an Own Label Assistant Buying Manager - Cosmetics. James started their career at Boots UK in October 2014, where they held multiple roles such as Pharmaceutical Project Delivery & Supply Analyst Assistant, European Freight Import Assistant, and Store Customer Assistant.

James Casswell's education history includes various programs and degrees.
