Haley Swain

Haley Swain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the composites industry. Currently serving as Regional Commercial Manager at North American Composites since September 2025, Haley previously held the position of Global Customer Experience Leader at Owens Corning Composites for a short tenure in 2025. With a strong background at Owens Corning, spanning over a decade, Haley's roles included Key Growth Account Strategy Lead, Area Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest, Sales Operations Leader, and various positions in pricing and customer service. Prior experience includes managing staff at Monnettes' Market from 2005 to 2014.
