Spencer Tong currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts since February 2017. Previously, Spencer held various leadership roles at SeaWorld from 2006 to February 2017, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction for safety, guest satisfaction, and operational metrics, and Vice President of Culinary Operations, overseeing food and beverage management. Early career experiences include positions at Anheuser-Busch as Executive Assistant to the President and Chairman of the Board for Busch Entertainment Corp, and Corporate Director of Operations. Spencer began in the theme park industry at SeaWorld Orlando between 1990 and 2003, progressing through multiple operations leadership positions. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University.
