Archana Bhaskar

Archana Bhaskar is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Archana has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including stints at Shell and Unilever.

Bhaskar began their career in 1990 as a Human Resources Consultant with AFF. Archana then joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd in 1993, where they held various roles over the next decade. In 2003, they were appointed HR Director UFS Europe with Unilever, a position they held until 2007.

In 2007, Bhaskar joined Shell India as HR Director. Archana was promoted to VP HR Global Commercial in 2011, a role in which they oversaw HR for Shell's Lubricants, Aviation Fuels and Specialties businesses globally. Bhaskar left Shell in 2017 to join Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Chief Human Resource Officer.

Archana Bhaskar has a Bachelor of Arts from Lady Shriram College in New Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
