Indu Khanna

Indu Khanna currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Indu was the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Indian Sub-Continent at Medtronic from May 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included promoting the employer brand and enhancing recruitment efficiency. Indu also held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Abbott India Ltd. from December 2009 to April 2016, overseeing recruitment for the pharmaceutical sector and driving employment branding initiatives. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in Human Resources at WNS and a consultant position at MaFoi Management Consultants. Indu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering & Technology.
