Janardhan Sridhara

Janardhan Sridhara is a seasoned professional in the fields of AI and cheminformatics with extensive experience in leading drug discovery initiatives. Currently serving as the AI & Data Science Lead at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since April 2023, Janardhan spearheads the development of an AI-driven Drug Discovery Platform. Previous roles include Director of AI & Cheminformatics at PharmCADD, where strategic planning for AI-enabled drug discovery platforms was undertaken, and Lead Product Consultant at Cognizant, contributing to the development of the AIDSISION software for Merck. Janardhan's past experiences encompass significant positions at AstraZeneca, Hetero, the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, the Royal Society of Chemistry, Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., and VLife Sciences Technologies, demonstrating a strong background in cheminformatics, predictive modeling, and drug design. Janardhan holds a Master of Pharmacy in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Ph.D. in Cheminformatics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur.
