Sandip Banerjee

Sandip Banerjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. Notably serving as Senior Director and Site Head at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from August 2006 to October 2019, Sandip focused on site safety and led significant capital projects. Key achievements include managing projects worth Rs 2000 crores, expanding production capacity, and implementing renewable energy initiatives. Prior positions include Engineering Manager at Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Tata Chemicals Ltd, and Manager Mechanical at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, where Sandip managed major plant commissioning projects.
