Meghann Colao

Meghann Colao is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in teaching and administration. Currently serving as the Director at RISE Education Service since 2019 and as the Department Lead Teacher for ELA at Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health & Science Charter School since August 2020, Meghann has demonstrated a commitment to educational excellence. Prior experience includes a role as an English Teacher at John S. Burke Catholic High School from 2005 to 2020. Meghann Colao holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Fordham University, obtained in 2022, as well as a Master of Science in Education from Mount Saint Mary College and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Fordham University.
