Byron Martinez

Byron Martinez has a diverse background in operations management, with experience in various industries. Byron is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Dr. Squatch, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Byron worked at ofi as a Plant Manager from March 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they were a Plant Manager at Olde Thompson, LLC from January 2018 to March 2020. Byron also has experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Country Fresh Holdings from December 2016 to January 2018, and as a Production/Warehouse Manager at Sun Rich Fresh Foods from June 2012 to December 2016.

Byron Martinez completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Byron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Byron Martinez obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in October 2018. Byron also achieved the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Sun Rich Canada in April 2016.
