Jess Webster Francis

Jess Webster Francis has worked in the cybersecurity and privacy field for over 10 years. Jess began their career in 2011 as a Threat and Vulnerability Management Intern for PwC. In 2012, they were an Information Security and Privacy Intern for Deloitte. From 2013 to 2016, they held various roles at Deloitte, including Cyber Risk Services Senior Consultant and Cyber Risk Services Consultant. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, where they held the roles of Associate Director of Security, Senior Information Security Manager, and Production Security Manager. In 2020, they moved to the University of Southern California as a Senior Information Security Advisor. Currently, they are a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity & Privacy at Dr. Squatch.

Jess Webster Francis has a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from The University of Georgia. Jess also attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). In addition, Jess has obtained several certifications, including Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from AMPG International in August 2021, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in December 2016, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)² in July 2019, and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in April 2015.
