Kristen Brock-Kassel began their career in 2003 at Decorware Inc., where they held the roles of Logistics and EDI Analyst, Operations Department Specialist, and Order and Logistics Manager. In 2021, they joined Dr. Squatch as a Business System Analyst, where they are responsible for administering and analyzing Netsuite, SPS Commerce & Parity Factory Systems, as well as implementing accounting software Brex, Rho and Bill.com, and Alternate Channels middleware like Amazon, Boomi and NetSuite Connector alignment.
