Neelam Patel

Neelam Patel has a diverse work experience. Neelam started their career in 2014 as a Process Engineering Intern at Haldor Topsoe A/S. In 2015, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Siemens and a Chemical Engineer at Worldcare Technologies. Neelam also held the role of Director of Development at Phi Sigma Rho National Sorority. In 2016, they worked as a Process Engineering Intern at Haldor Topsoe A/S and a Senior Associate in Project Management at Johnson & Johnson. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst. Most recently, they held the roles of Manager, Associate Director, and Director of Product Launch at Dr. Squatch. During their time at IcarusRT, they optimized a 10 kW solar panel cooling system to absorb and convert heat from the panels into additional energy and improve solar panel efficiency by 25.2%.
