Prior to DRA Global, Kobus contributed to process improvement initiatives at Kimberly-Clark of South Africa, focusing on mechanical design and lean manufacturing practices. Kobus's early career involved engineering training at DRA Mineral Projects, alongside part-time CNC machining at KMF Precision Engineering.
