Hanna Kardash

Hanna Kardash is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple teams in leading tech companies. Currently serving at OZON.ru since December 2023, Hanna previously held a Program Manager position at Google from October 2019 to April 2021, managing diverse programs involving over 60 teams. Prior to this, Hanna spent 14 years at EPAM Systems in various roles, including Software Engineering Manager and Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities included API migration coordination and the successful launch of multiple extensive programs. Hanna’s early career also included project and software testing leadership roles across different organizations, supporting projects for major companies such as Google and Newsweek. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Belarusian State University and a certification as a Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
