Megan Sinnott

Megan Sinnott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Megan is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at DRA Global since March 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager, People Advisory at the same company from July 2021 to May 2022. Prior to DRA Global, Megan worked as an Employee Relations & Remuneration Manager at G&S Engineering Services from February 2020 to August 2021. Megan also served as an HR Business Partner Queensland at Opal Aged Care from April 2018 to February 2020, where they were responsible for coaching and mentoring managers, managing complex industrial cases and investigations, and providing remuneration advice. Megan also worked as a Consultant Process Improvement Specialist at Anglican Church Southern Queensland from July 2016 to March 2018. Megan has prior experience at QSuper Group, QSuper Limited, RSL Care, and BHP Billiton, where they held various HR roles and gained expertise in areas such as enterprise agreement bargaining, change management, recruitment, and reward management.

Megan Sinnott completed their Bachelor of Business in HR and Marketing at the University of Southern Queensland in 1992.
