Ricardo Farfán

Ricardo Farfán has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ricardo started their career in 1989 at Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, where they served as the Gerente de Administración y Finanzas and later as the Jefe de Proyectos y Jefe de Costos y Presupuestos. Ricardo then moved to HOCHSCHILD MINING as a Controller de Proyectos in 2003. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at AMEC Perú S.A. as the Gerente de Control de Proyectos. Ricardo then joined SNC-Lavalin in 2010 as the Director de Control de Proyectos y Estimaciones, and later became the Director de Operaciones - Minería y Metalurgia. In 2017, they transitioned to working as a Consultant, providing Asesoría y Soporte en Gestión de Proyectos. Ricardo continued their career at SNC-Lavalin in 2018 as the Gerente Proyectos / Líder Estimaciones and is currently employed at DRA Global as the Project Services Director.

Ricardo Farfán completed a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima from 1981 to 1986. Ricardo later attended GERENS Escuela de Postgrado and completed a Quick MBA program in Integral Administration in 2003. Additionally, they pursued professional development opportunities in Risk Management at SNC-Lavalin, Lima, Peru in 2013 and Project Controls and Estimating Symposium at SNC-Lavalin, Montreal, Canada in 2012.
