Elisabeth Volkmar

Elisabeth Volkmar has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Elisabeth began their career in 2010 at Sky Deutschland GmbH, where they held the roles of Junior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner Coordinator. In 2012, they joined EY (Ernst & Young) as an HR Business Partner. Elisabeth then moved to Qlik in 2015, where they held the roles of Senior HR Business Partner Southern Europe & Global PreSales, HR Business Partner Central & Eastern Europe and Global PreSales, and HR Business Partner DACH. In 2020, they joined Cloudflight as the Director People Operations / Human Resources. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Director People & Culture at DRACOON GmbH.

Elisabeth Volkmar received their Master of Arts (M.A.) from Universität Erfurt in 2010, with a field of study in Erwachsenenbildung / Weiterbildung- und Bildungstechnologie. Prior to that, they obtained their Diplom Betriebswirtin (B.A) from Berufsakademie Mannheim in 2008, with a field of study in BWL / Schwerpunkt Dienstleistungsmarketing.
