Alla Penalba

Alla Penalba is an accomplished professional in the field of Quality Assurance with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Manager of QA Engineering at DraftKings Inc., Alla has successfully crafted quality assurance strategies, improved automation processes, and managed QA teams of varying sizes. Previously, as Head of QA at Revenue Grid, Alla defined company-wide QA strategies, optimized regression testing, and led a team of 20 QA Engineers, resulting in numerous internal promotions. Additional experience includes teaching QA fundamentals, coordinating QA efforts across multiple projects, and establishing efficient processes for documentation and communication within organizations. Alla holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the National Aviation University.
