Hayden Metz

Hayden Metz is an experienced leader in analytics and operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of VIP at DraftKings Inc. since February 2019. With a progressive career at DraftKings, Hayden has held various roles including Sr. Director of VIP Strategy & Operations and Director of VIP & CX Analytics. Prior to joining DraftKings, Hayden worked at Uber as a Senior Operations and Logistics Manager and at IBM as a Senior Strategy & Analytics Consultant. Hayden earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College in 2012.
