Julianne Isiksalan

Julianne Isiksalan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and learning, currently serving as Senior Manager for Talent Development and Learning at DraftKings Inc. Since January 2022, Julianne has focused on enhancing manager effectiveness within the Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Team. Prior experience includes roles as Global Talent Lead for Learning & Development at Willis Re, where Julianne directed foundational talent programs for the North America Reinsurance Business, and as Graduate Development Program Manager at Willis Towers Watson, overseeing programs globally. Additional past roles include campus recruitment positions at Barclays and BNP Paribas, as well as recruitment and program management roles at Koç University and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Julianne holds a Master of Science in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Public Affairs from Syracuse University.
