Mariana Aguirre is a versatile professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additional roles include working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
