George Hanible

George Hanible MCA has a strong work history in contract compliance and management. George started their career at Skanska USA Civil West as the Director of Contract Compliance/Regional DBE/EEO Officer, where they managed all operations, created compliance standards, and oversaw Federal and State audits for DBE and EEO projects. In 2016, they joined Compliance Management Partners as a Sr. Partner, and later in 2018, they joined Dragados USA, Inc. as the Contract Compliance Officer and then promoted to VP of Contract Compliance.

George Hanible earned a Masters Compliance Administrator degree from Morgan State University from 2012 to 2015. Their field of study was Contractor Compliance. George also obtained additional certifications including MCA (Master Compliance Administrator, Title VII Management) from Morgan State University in August 2015 and attended the Title VII Contract Compliance Summit at AGC of California in August 2015.
