Steven Ireland

Steven Ireland, P.E. is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as Chief Estimator at Dragados USA, Inc. since March 2022, and is also the Founder of The Keystone Consulting Group since January 2019. Previously, Steven held the position of Chief Estimator at The Lane Construction Corporation from August 2019 to April 2022, where notable projects included the I-95 Resiliency Widening Design Build for the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Other roles include Senior Estimator at Las Vegas Paving Corp from July 2015 to August 2019, and Project Manager at Meadow Valley Contractors, Inc. from June 2011 to July 2015. Steven earned a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Civil and Environmental Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
