Björn-Ole Böttcher

Björn-Ole Böttcher has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Björn-Ole is currently serving as the Head of Global Academy Medical at Dräger since March 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Leiter technische Qualifizierung at Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft gemeinnützige GmbH. Björn-Ole also held the position of Geschäftsführer at Corporate Learning Consulting from 2018 to 2022. Before that, from 2013 to 2018, they worked as Geschäftsführer at the Technische Akademie Nord e.V. and from 2011 to 2013, they served as Geschäftsführer und Schulleiter at Technikter Fachschulen gGmbH. From 2005 to 2013, they were in the role of Geschäftsführer at Akademie für Technik GmbH. Björn-Ole Böttcher started their career as a Consultant at Accenture from 2001 to 2003.

Björn-Ole Böttcher holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Sorbonne University. Björn-Ole also has a Diplom degree in Economics and Business Administration from Kiel University. In addition, they obtained the title of Assessor in Vocational Teaching (Berufsschule) from the Institute for Quality Development in Schools in Schleswig-Holstein, between 2003 and 2005.
