Kim Buske

Kim Buske is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT consulting and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior IT Consultant for CRM Service at Dräger since October 2025, Kim also holds the position of Founder and CEO at EinfachMachen GmbH, specializing in B2B consulting and low-code training for SMEs since June 2020. Previous roles include Power Platform Developer at HanseWerk-Gruppe, where over 30 projects were executed, and IT Project Manager at Christoph Projektgesellschaft mbH, successfully implementing automation and applications for a significant number of employees. Additionally, Kim has contributed to the startup ecosystem as a speaker and consultant at Zentrum für Angewandte Technologien CAT GmbH, and gained foundational experience through internships and working student positions at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) and Musikmarkt Rendsburg.
