Marsha Pike

Marsha Pike has extensive work experience in human resources. Marsha most recently worked at Dräger as the Senior Director of HR Business & Operations, starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR Business Partner at Dräger from October 2022 to November 2023. Before joining Dräger, they served as the Chief People Officer at Traackr from February 2022 to October 2022. Marsha has also held various HR leadership roles at Aspect Software, including Vice President of Global Human Resources from May 2020 to September 2020, and Sr. Director of Global Human Resources from June 2007 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Celestica as the Manager of US HR Operations & NA Benefits from September 2003 to June 2007, CMGI, Inc. as a Benefits Manager from December 1999 to July 2003, Dynatech International Corp. as a Sr. Benefits Specialist from 1997 to 2000, and Bull as a Sr. Benefits Specialist from 1992 to 1997.

Marsha Pike completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Lesley University in 1997. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in the same field from Middlesex Community College between 1993 and 1995.
