Bart de Hoog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fleet consulting industry. As the CEO and Founder of Dragintra since August 1999, Bart de Hoog initiated the company as an independent fleet consultant with a focus on developing strategic business plans. Following significant growth, the company adopted automation in 2004 to enhance fleet process management. Prior to founding Dragintra, Bart de Hoog held positions including Commercial Director at TOP Lease Belgium from 1993 to 1999 and Key Account Manager at Lease Concept NV and TOP Lease (ABN-Amro) from 1989 to 1993. Bart de Hoog obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from SIVEHO and completed secondary education at Atheneum Kapellen.
