Bill Stoops' work experience is as follows:

Bill worked as the Chief Investment Officer at Dragon Capital Group Limited from March 2006 to present. Dragon Capital is Vietnam's leading foreign investor in listed equity.

Before that, they were the Director of Emerging Europe Sales at HSBC Securities from November 2003 to March 2006.

Bill also worked as the Director of Emerging Europe Sales at Deutsche Bank from September 1998 to August 2002.

Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Global Emerging Market Sales at ING Barings from June 1993 to August 1998.

Bill worked as the Director of Korea/Taiwan Sales at Baring Securities from April 1989 to June 1993.

Bill was the Chief Representative at Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers from November 1985 to April 1989.

Bill started their career as a Senior Analyst at Schroder Securities from September 1983 to September 1985.

Bill Stoops attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 1970 to 1974. Following their time at Phillips Exeter Academy, from 1974 to 1978, they went on to attend Brown University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics.
