Olena Bilan

Olena Bilan is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Head of Research and Chief Economist at Dragon Capital since April 2006, where previous roles included Economist and Fixed-Income Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Economist at SigmaBleyzer from October 2005 to March 2006 and as a Research Associate at the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting from 2002 to 2005. Olena holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Kyiv School of Economics and an MA in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, along with a specialist degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
