Stanislav Shulga

Stanislav Shulga has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stanislav began their career at McDonald's Corporation as a Store Manager and worked there for seven years. Stanislav then joined Metro Cash and Carry as a Store Manager Trainee for a brief period. After that, they moved on to Erste Group Immorent, where they served as the Head of Real Estate Financing Department for five years. Following this, they worked at KP Minerals LLC as the Director of Sales and Operations, where they restructured business processes, managed sales and budgets, and handled communication with state authorities. Stanislav then joined Arricano Real Estate PLC, where they worked as the Business Development Manager and later became the Deputy Head of Leasing Department. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Director at Dragon Capital, overseeing Sky Park & Smart Plaza Obolon Shopping Malls.

Stanislav Shulga attended the Erste School of Banking and Finance from 2011 to 2012, where they studied the Advanced Real Estate & Leasing Program, with a focus on Real Estate Financing. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University in Simferopol. There, they studied Management. Stanislav also pursued a degree in Social History at the same university from 1994 to 1999.
