Amir Alwazzan

Amir Alwazzan is a highly experienced professional who has held various roles in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Production Assurance Manager at Dragon Oil, Amir also contributes their expertise as a member of the JPT Editorial Review Board at the Society of Petroleum Engineers International. With a background in flow assurance and project engineering, Amir has also worked for companies such as Schlumberger, McDermott International, and AMEC. Amir holds a PhD in Transient Multiphase Flow in Pipelines from the University of Malaya and is a Chartered Petroleum Engineer. Additionally, Amir serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals in the field of petroleum engineering.
