Kais Raddaoui

Kais Raddaoui has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2000, they started their career as a Senior Accountant at PwC. Kais then worked as an Interim Manager in financial and business control roles at Aliaxis, GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, and Bridgestone Europe. In 2012, they served as an Interim Manager - Business Controller at Bridgestone Belux. From 2014 to 2019, they held the positions of Senior Group Controller and later Group CFO at Schréder. Afterward, they served as the Group CFO at Gillion and Doyen. Currently, they work as the Managing Director at Dragone since 2022. Throughout their career, they have also founded K-IS Consulting SPRL in 2007.

Kais Raddaoui's education history includes various degrees and certificates in business, finance, and accounting. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from HELHa - Haute École Louvain en Hainaut. Following that, they pursued a Chartered Accountant - Tax Advisor degree from the Institut des Experts-comptables & Conseils Fiscaux (I.E.C.-I.A.B.) between 2001 and 2004. In 2009, they completed a Master's degree in Tax Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and concurrently started their Master's degree in Economics at Université catholique de Louvain, which they completed in 2012. In 2013, Kais earned a certificate in IFRS - Consolidation from Université catholique de Louvain, specializing in international finance. Continuing their education, they attended Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2017 to 2018 to pursue an Executive Master's in Management (EMM). Lastly, in 2023, they engaged in an executive education program focused on mergers and acquisitions at Harvard Business School.
