Frederik Steinbach

Frederik Steinbach is currently the Head of Client Success at Dragonfly, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, Frederik served as a Client Success Manager in the Security Intelligence Practice at The Risk Advisory Group from 2020 to 2021, and held various positions in business development and client relations within the Intelligence & Analysis sector. Frederik completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish Studies at Ruhr University Bochum, followed by a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Communication and International Management at Newcastle University, where they graduated with distinction. Additionally, they participated in exchange programs at both Universidad de Málaga and Newcastle University, focusing on linguistics and foreign languages.
