Shane Svenpladsen

Shane Svenpladsen, CFA, currently serves as the VP of Finance and Analytics at Dragonfly Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, Shane worked at TripleTree from July 2018 to May 2025, advancing through positions from Investment Banking Analyst to Investment Banking Vice President, with a focus on M&A and capital raises in the healthcare sector. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Avondale Partners, where Shane concentrated on the healthcare sector, as well as roles in equity research covering various industries, including FinTech and Government Outsourcing. Shane began a career in finance at Sun Valley Investment Professionals as an Investment Analyst and has experience in educational roles, teaching ACT/SAT courses and completing a research internship in hedge funds. Shane holds a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in Economics and English Literature from Vanderbilt University.
