Joe Pawelczyk has held various positions in the engineering and operations fields. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Lockheed Martin as an Operations Leadership Development Program Engineer Asc, where they created various Advanced Development Program estimators/simulations and developed, implemented, and piloted tools for the F-35 Fighter Jet. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Bluestone Engineering, Inc. as Vice President & COO, where they provided environmental engineering and remediation services and created and implemented a strategic vision, business plan, and marketing plan. From 2013 to present, they have worked at DPI UAV Systems as VP of Operations, where they perform business development, customer interface, and strategy and creates proposals for the Department of Defense.

Joe Pawelczyk has a diverse educational background. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering, with a Mechatronics Minor, from Villanova University in 2005. In 2006, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Melbourne. Joe then went on to obtain a Graduate Certificate in Operations Leadership and Organizational Management from Drexel University. In 2018, Joe completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School. Additionally, Joe holds two certifications: a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate - Small UAS from the Federal Aviation Administration, obtained in 2016, and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2016.
