Ankita Patel, M.S.

Ankita Patel, M.S. has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Ankita currently holds the position of Senior Associate Scientist, Protein Sciences at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for transient expression of various molecules and purification of antibodies and bispecific molecules. Ankita also supports the development of reagent production capabilities and performs assays for target programs.

Before joining Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc., Ankita worked at Sanofi as an Associate Scientist in Recombinant Protein Production and a Research Assistant in Bioanalytics Characterization. At Sanofi, they gained experience in biologics research and development, particularly in protein production and characterization.

Prior to their role at Sanofi, Ankita worked at Makro Scientific as a Research Associate, where they gained experience in laboratory research and experimentation.

Ankita also has experience as an Undergraduate Molecular Microbiology Lab Assistant at Northeastern University, a Research Assistant at the US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center, and a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Intern at Arteriocyte.

Ankita Patel, M.S., pursued their education with an undergraduate degree in Biology from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Following their bachelor's program, they attended Worcester State University, where they obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology from 2017 to 2020.
