Lauren Melton

Lauren Melton, MS, MBA, serves as the Vice President and Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc. and is the owner of Summit Regulatory Consulting. With extensive experience in regulatory affairs, Lauren has held leadership roles at various companies, including Cardurion Pharmaceuticals and Xilio Therapeutics, overseeing key programs and regulatory strategies. Lauren has a strong background in drug development, having led teams for clinical studies in multiple therapeutic areas at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Lauren's educational credentials include an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an MS in Bioscience Regulatory Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University, and additional qualifications in biotechnology from Harvard University and Tufts University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
