Mazen Morsy

Mazen Morsy has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Mazen began their career at Schneider Electric in 2011, where they held various roles such as DCS Engineer and Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert. Mazen then progressed to positions of increasing responsibility, including Country Leader and EMEA Cybersecurity Lead Engineer. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of EMEA Cybersecurity Principal Consultant. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the MENA Cybersecurity Technical Manager and later as the EURA Operation Manager and EMEA Technical Manager for Cybersecurity services. Mazen joined Dragos, Inc. in 2021 as a Senior Solutions Architect, and rapidly advanced to become the EMEA Team Lead and Principal Solutions Architect. Currently, they hold the position of EMEA Director - Solutions Architect at Dragos, Inc.

Mazen Morsy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Helwan University Cairo in the years 2007 to 2011. Mazen has also received additional certifications such as ELK for Security Analysis, Intrusion Analysis Using the Diamond Model, and CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist Course, among others, from various institutions including Applied Network Defense, (ISC)², and ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK. These additional certifications were obtained in the years 2020 and 2021.
