Jim Holzer

Jim Holzer is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising, currently serving as Managing Partner at Drake Star Partners since September 2012, focusing on HCM/HR Tech, Software, and Tech Enabled Services. Prior to this role, Jim held significant positions including Managing Director at Landmark Ventures, where Jim led the software investment banking practice, and Head of Technology M&A at Brown Brothers Harriman, managing M&A and growth capital raising. Jim has also served as Managing Director at Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC, and Private Equity Advisors LLC, and held senior roles at CIBC World Markets, Prudential Securities, and Houlihan Lokey. Jim holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
