Jeffrey A. Kappen

Jeffrey A. Kappen, PhD, is a founding partner and consultant at Bâton Global since August 2014 and has served as an associate professor of management and international business at Drake University since 2012. Additionally, Kappen has been a board member for Cajun Fest since January 2020 and previously worked in international sales at Maclean Power Systems from 2004 to 2007. Kappen holds a PhD in Management with a focus on Organization Studies and Latin American Studies from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BA in International Relations, French, and Russian from Beloit College.
